Let's start with what's strong,
not what's wrong

At Renai Mouton Consulting, we bring together lived experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to the intersection of wellbeing, community, culture, and economic development. Founded and led by Renai Mouton, our work is grounded in the belief that First Nations-led economic strength, rooted in cultural values, is key to driving meaningful systems change.
While our foundation is in First Nations economic development, we also collaborate with purpose-led organisations that share our values and are committed to ethical, community-driven change.
Ready to build what matters?

I am a proud First Nations woman with over 20 years of professional experience, including more than a decade dedicated to First Nations economic development. I lead First Nations Worthwhile Ventures as CEO and founded Renai Mouton Consulting as a platform for culturally grounded, community-driven economic empowerment.
My work is shaped by a belief in the power of economic independence to transform systems, not at the cost of culture or wellbeing, but in full alignment with them. I bring strategic clarity, relational leadership, and a deep understanding of how to work for people and Country, always walking alongside others.
While my core strengths lie in strategy, economic development, wellbeing, and leadership mentoring, I am also extending my practice into international First Nations collaboration, exploring the holistic relationship between culture, economic strength, and community wellbeing.
Through Renai Mouton Consulting, I collaborate with trusted peers, partners, and community organisations to support transformative, place-based outcomes.
